Crystals

Holding crystals or placing them on your body is thought to promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Crystals can do this by positively interacting with your body's energy field. While some crystals are said to alleviate stress, others purportedly improve concentration or creativity.

At Eros, we love crystals and use them in both our meditation and yoga practices as well as carrying them daily to give us a little extra boost of calm, or luck!

Some of our favorite crystals are

Hematite, Mossy Agate, Moonstone, Malachite and Obsidian.
